In-Person Personal Training

In-person training is for local clients in Memphis, TN.


This is an excellent option for those who want more accountability, instruction, and personal connection.


What's Included:


  • A detailed consultation (new client strategy session) asking a range of questions about your lifestyle, fitness experience and goals, which will help me to understand how we will work together to make sure you achieve them.
  • Inital physical assessment to observe movement patterns, mobility, cardiovascular fitness, and strength to determine your current level of overall fitness for an appropriate starting point (typically your first session)
  • Full coaching client access to my Action Nutrition and Fitness app with your customized training program and exercise video demonstrations.
  • You can track workouts, fitness targets, progress photos, and more within the app.
  • Your custom program will be designed to suit your fitness goals and exercise preferences, while also working around any injury limitation you may have.
  • Your program will be updated every 4-6 weeks depending on your goals and consistency.
  • You will receive weekly check-ins to make sure you are on track, this is not just focused on the numbers but also takes into account how your workouts are going so adjustments can be made to ensure your progress.
  • You'll not only recieve ongoing in-person communication but also ulimited communication access through my Action Nutrition and Fitness app to address any questions, comments, or concerns you may have.


New Client Strategy Session - 60 minutes $80

Online Personal Training

In-Person Personal Training

This is an excellent option for those who want the ease and simplicity of a professional designing and guiding their training, eliminating the guess work. Online training also provides you with the freedom and flexibility to perform your workouts at the most convient time for you. Online training is an amazing tool that can be cost-effective, however... it is not recommended for those who are completely new to exercise, have never exercised before, or are in a period of physical rehabilitation.


What's Included:


  • A detailed consultation asking a range of questions about your lifestyle, fitness experience and goals which will help me to understand how we will work together to make sure you achieve them.
  • Full coaching client access to my Action Nutrition and Fitness app. A customized training program with exercise video demonstrations. It also includes form checks and accountabilty.
  • You can track workouts, fitness targets, progress photos, and more within the app.
  • Your custom program will be designed to suit your fitness goals, time restrictions, equipment availability, exercise preferences, while also working around any injury limitations you may have.
  • Your program will be updated every 4-6 weeks depending on your goals and consistency.
  • You will recieve bi-weekly check-ins to make sure you are on track. These check-ins are not just focused on the numbers but also takes into account how your workouts are going so adjustments can be made to ensure your progress.
  • You'll recieve ongoing communication access through my Action Nutrition and Fitness app to address any questions, comments, or concerns you may have.


$150 per month (3 month minimum)

This is an excellent option for those who are ready to take action to learn how to fuel their bodies, change their relationship with food, build healthy habits for life, and get off the diet roller coaster forever. This is not a quick fix program. It is designed to teach you the skills and tools for sustainable weight loss. 


What's Included:

 

  • A detailed consultation asking a range of questions about your lifestyle, goals, health challenges, and daily routine.
  • Full coaching client access to my Action Nutrition and Fitness app with your customized nutrition program. This is where we will start the proven coaching process.
  • We'll work together to create and practice healthy habits across all aspects of your life, from sleep and stress-managment, to movement and mindfulness, not just nutriton. These new habits will help you feel more calm, confident, and prepared for each day - no matter what life throws at  you.
  • Every day, you'll work on nutriton and lifestyle practices. Each practice will be customized to help you get the results  you're looking for. You will have a curriculum that will educate you and resources to help you develop the skills and mindset to acheive and maintain your weight loss goals while living the life your want to live.
  • We will schedule a reacurring bi-weekly 30-minute Zoom check-in to see how you're doing, make adjustments to your plan, and answer any questions. You also receive ongoing weekly accountability and feed back through my app where you can ask questions, voice your concerns, and make any comments that may come up.
  • The app tracks everything from your measurements to your constiency. This provides accountability and a way to track how far you have come.


$250 per month (3 month minumum)
