3. Start your plan:
To make long term changes you need knowledge and know-how. I believe these skills are more valuable than following a fixed meal plan. Following a meal plan every week is restrictive and can be very impractical. For example, what do you do when you have to go off the plan one night? We are human and things come up and get in the way.
My approach involves educating you on nutritrion so you have the tools and skills to implement positive long term change. I provide you with constant nutritional guidance and support based on the foods you are consuming. I believe all foods can fit into a healthy diet.
Remember, everyone starts off as a beginner. Your plan is completely tailored to you and your ability. The consultation process ensures I tailor your program to suit your needs and lifestyle. Not only do I check-in with you to support you and to make sure everything is working for you, you have ulimited communication with me. You can always reach out with any questions or concerns. I am here to educate, empower, and guide you towards reaching your goals.
If you want something enough you will find time for it. We all have the same 24 hours in a day. Whether you are a mom with kids to look after, a busy professional, or constantly on the go, you can still commit to a coaching program. To make long term results you need to prioritize what is important to you; your health and happiness is a priority. I guide and coach my clients to create a routine they can stick to. You can make time to work on yourself.
No. Eating 100% clean is not sustainable. Most people will stick to it for a few weeks and then start having constant cravings which typically leads to a big binge or overeating on the weekend. This leads to feeling guilty for eating certain foods and developing a bad relationship with food. I will never tell you to ban foods. I will never label foods as ‘good’ or ‘bad’. Instead I educate you on making healthy choices and fueling your body with the right things. Yes you can still have chocolate, drinks with your friends and go on vacation without guilt, but all in moderation. These are the types of skills I will help you develop.
If you want a short-term quick fix that you can’t sustain, I am not the right coach for you. I help to transform my clients' habits and lifestyle for the better. This is not a quick fix or something that can happen over night. My clients are patient, have trust in me and the process. This results in them making long term changes that they can sustain. Every body is different and progresses in different ways. What works for one person may not work for someone else. That is why I have regular check-ins to ensure you are on track. This allows me to make changes if something is not working for you. Nothing worth while in life comes easy but I am here to help you transform your life in a way that you enjoy. Lasting change takes time.
Remember that you can’t put a price on investing in yourself. It is so easy to spend money on clothes, on a night out, and on vacations but people are often hesitant to spend money on improving themselves.
Investing on improving yourself is the best investment you will ever make and worth every penny. Having the constant support, guidance and education to improve your lifestyle is priceless. You should only consider a coaching program if you are ready to make an investment in improving yourself and taking charge of your health.
